As you can imagine, these final weeks as we push towards re-opening have become increasingly intense. Your Board, team members, and contractors are doing all that we can to meet our deadlines and communicate as much as possible.
Recently, information has often changed rapidly. We recognize that causes inconveniences for you too, and are doing our best to navigate that with you. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.
For the next several weeks the Owner Communications Team will be fully focused on our June 1 re-opening. This requires frequent interaction and follow-up on deliveries and furnishings. It also means that we’re away from our computers and in rooms for significant portions of the day.
For all other items, our response times will be delayed. Depending on the volume, it could be several days.
For many questions, the most current information is shared each week in the email update from the Board of Directors. These are also posted in the Owner Portal at portroyalowners.com
At this time, we are unable to confirm reservations before June 1. If availability opens up as our contractors finalize their remaining project schedules, we will update owners immediately. Please be sure to read the weekly update emails from the Board of Directors for the most current information.
If you are a Realtor and would like to schedule a showing, please be patient with us as we are in the final stages of reconstruction and contractors need to proceed with as few interruptions as possible. We hope that potential buyers understand how challenging disaster recovery is, and that the benefits of getting re-opened are worth a slight delay.
After June 1, we will be able to accommodate property showings, based on availability. As with any peak season, Tuesdays and Wednesdays tend to have the most flexibility.

Please know that we understand how frustrating it is to have frequently changing timelines and information. Unfortunately, that seems to be the nature of disaster recovery. Thankfully, we’re nearing a significant milestone of improvement.
